A: Our factory is located in Rui’an City, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It takes about one hour by plane from Shanghai and two hours from Guangzhou to our city. Then it takes about 50 minutes by car from Wenzhou Airport and 30 minutes from Rui’an Station, where we can pick you up upon your arrival.
Q4: Can your products be customized?
A: Yes, almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes, color, logo, package and so on. OEM orders are highly welcomed.
Q5: What about the terms of payment?
A: Usually we appreciate 30% T/T in advance, and the rest 70% T/T before shipment. But we also accept L/C.
Q6: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: --Quantity --What's the detailed size (top diameter, bottom diameter, and height) --What's the paper thickness/GSM --Use cup lid or not?
Q7: What about the delivery time?
A: Normally about 30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming the sample drawing, however, based on order.
